Individuals completing therapy usually discuss how much effort it took to change and how therapy was one of the most worthwhile decisions due to an increase in self-confidence and overall quality-of-life. Seeking therapy involves an individual’s dedication to changing in the short-term to enjoy long-term fulfillment.
